We have different options on our property. The space offers a quiet and elegant-vibrant environment of like-minded people. While our residence provides hotel amenities and luxury, there are no heavy kitchen appliances such as an oven and stove, but only a fridge and microwave in the room. The twin room is our most budget-friendly accommodation option, allowing residents to enjoy this amazing residence while paying less. The resident will be sharing the room and the bathroom with another roommate. Twin rooms are sometimes preferable to residents who would like to engage and socialize with other roommates or to improve their language speaking skills. The room comes with two full-size beds, a 50" Smart TV, Streaming device, and other basic furniture. The Master Room is our most spacious and luxurious bedroom type. It comes with a private/ensuite bathroom for the exclusive use of the occupant. It has a full-size bed, study desk, nightstand, 65" Smart TV, and a streaming device. Perfect fit for students looking for ultimate privacy and comfort. The private bathroom inside the room gives the feeling of living in a studio. History, luxury, and central location came together at our Mansfield Residence. Located in New York's Midtown neighborhood, The Mansfield is in the city center and only 5 -minute walk to Times Square and Grand Central Termination. Town Hall and Broadway are cultural highlights, and some of the area's notable landmarks include Fred F. French Building, Madame Tussauds Wax Museum, and Central Park Zoo. Our residents cannot get more central than this location.

We take your safety very seriously. The last thing we want is to have a reputation for not being a safe place to stay. We vigilantly screen both our staff and guests, provide 24-hour security and CCTV cameras are usually installed. Plus, you have people in the house practically 24 hours a day.
