1. The master room is a unique space. It feels more like a studio, with a private entrance from the hallway. The resident will not share the common areas, such as the bathroom and study desk with other occupants. It’s spacious, giving the residents the most luxurious living experience. It features a queen-size bed, ensuite bathroom, study desk, smart TV with a streaming device, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle. This room is a perfect fit for those looking for ultimate privacy and comfort.
2. Deluxe room is our signature product for luxury living. It provides premium privacy and comfort. It is spacious enough to have a full-size bed, study desk, nightstand, a Smart TV, and a streaming device. This room does not have any drawbacks and has everything you would need in a room. Big windows allow an abundance of natural light to enter the room.
3. The Twin room is our most budget-friendly accommodation option. It allows residents to enjoy this amazing property while paying less. The resident will be sharing the room and the bathroom with another roommate. Twin rooms are sometimes preferable to residents who would like to engage and socialize with other roommates, or to improve their language speaking skills.

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the published photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
You don´t need to tour in-person, and here is why:
- Properties on NYsharedspace.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Message the host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- NYsharedspace.com makes sure the New York Shared Space property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
We take your safety very seriously. The last thing we want is to have a reputation for not being a safe place to stay. We vigilantly screen both our staff and guests, provide 24-hour security and CCTV cameras are usually installed. Plus, you have people in the house practically 24 hours a day.
Once you've found the perfect room, click "Reserve" and provide some background information - all within 5 minutes. We will get back to you within 24 hours to either accept or decline your stay. No money is charged until you are guaranteed a room.
That's the easy part! Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, we’ll be there to welcome you to your new home. We’ll help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, we’ll give you time to get settled and make yourself at home, but we're always available.
New York Shared Space is very convenient for minimalists. Except for clothes and essentials, you don't need to bring much. It's all there. Be sure to bring your humor, spirit, and curiosity.
