Our home was exclusively designed to be comfortable for all members in any room of the house. Our Coliving space includes a living room, kitchen, allowing you plenty of room to cook, work and relax, all while getting to know people from all around the world. Our kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, cookware, and everything else you'll need to make a home-cooked meal. It also included: salt, pepper, sugar, coffee grounds, tea, olive oil, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, and garbage/recycling bags. We provide many bathroom essentials and regular weekly cleaning so you can focus fully on your work or study. All our cleaning supplies are eco-friendly and allergen-free. 24/7 security in all common areas. You will be accommodated in a private bedroom with a queen-size bed, desk, nightstand, and closet. All rooms are carefully designed to maximize your living space without compromising your comfort. Your room will be move-in ready, just like the rest of the house; there's no need to even bring a pillow. Each room feels calm, spacious, and light, offering the ideal respite from busy city living. Individual lockers provided.

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the published photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
You don´t need to tour in-person, and here is why:
- Properties on NYsharedspace.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Message the host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- NYsharedspace.com makes sure the New York Shared Space property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
We take your safety very seriously. The last thing we want is to have a reputation for not being a safe place to stay. We vigilantly screen both our staff and guests, provide 24-hour security and CCTV cameras are usually installed. Plus, you have people in the house practically 24 hours a day.
Once you've found the perfect room, click "Reserve" and provide some background information - all within 5 minutes. We will get back to you within 24 hours to either accept or decline your stay. No money is charged until you are guaranteed a room.
That's the easy part! Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, we’ll be there to welcome you to your new home. We’ll help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, we’ll give you time to get settled and make yourself at home, but we're always available.
New York Shared Space is very convenient for minimalists. Except for clothes and essentials, you don't need to bring much. It's all there. Be sure to bring your humor, spirit, and curiosity.

Morningside Heights is bursting at the seams with restaurants, shops, bars, parks, and historical sites. Although it may be known for its younger crowd, this area is also known for its beautiful architecture, and for being quieter and calmer than most areas of (Hidden by Coliving. com) access to the subway, just 3 min by walk to lines A, B, C.
